At the entrance of the village in a quiet and secluded position this is a new complex surrounded by well kept gardens and offers apartments well furnished and decorated , equipped with all necessary amenities to spend a nice vacation in one of the most famous locations of the North Sardinia. The sandy beach of La Cinta is at aprox 1.500 mt.
Amenities: In the center of San Teodoro (distance at aprox 1.500 mt) all services are available such as markets, bank, doctor emergency office, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias, discotheque; at the beach there is also the possibility to practice many beach and aquatic sports and rental of Beach umbrellas and sun beds. Type of apartments: new and well decorated all with twin or double beds (no bunk bed) and Tv set. Type B/4 two rooms 4 persons:( one bedroom apartment) living -dining room with kitchenette area and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom. Tipo T/6 three rooms 6 persons: (two bedroom apartment) living-dining room with kitchenette area , double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom. Pets: not allowed.

Any late arrival must be adviced at the moment of reservation, the reception opens from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 04.30 pm to 07.30 pm. Arrivals after 08.30 pm will be accepted only if booked in advance and by payment of € 50,00 (at the reception)

Forfait extra services to be paid at the reception:
Reception+ consumptions water, light, gas € 50,00 per person per week, children 0/6 yrs free. At the departure, the apartment must be cleaned otherwise the reception will charge a supplement of euro 50,00. Bed linen optional by reservation only, € 10,00 per person per week, bath/kitchen linen not available. CAUTION € 200,00 (payable only cash not by credit card).
