At the village complex entrance, immersed in greenery, it is arranged in different ways with particular stone coverings in granite, wood and antique Sardinian tiles that cover the roofs. In the village centre there is a beautiful swimming pool with a wooden bridge, a meeting point for guests. A short distance is the famous Piazzetta San Marco, the heart of Porto Rotondo, where it’s not unusual to bump into famous people or the National and International jet set.
DISTANCE TO THE SEA : 800-900 metres. AMENITIES: swimming pool ( open from 1st June to 29th September from 09.00am until 01.00pm and from 04.00pm until 08.00pm). Nearby market, parking, tennis, horse-riding, five-a-side football. Types of apartments: all of the properties, furnished in accordance with the individual owner’s tastes, with either a terrace or veranda furnished with outdoor table and chairs. Type M/2  2bedded-studio: living room with pull-out double sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom (max 2 adults). Type B/4 two roomed 4 beds: : living room double sofa bed or with 2 armchair beds and kitchenette, double bedroom (at times on mezzanine floor with view of living room), bathroom (max 4 adults). Type T/6 triple roomed 6 beds: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, double bedroom (at times on mezzanine floor with view of living room) bedroom with bunk beds or mezzanine floor with 2 beds, 1 or 2 bathrooms (max 6 adults).
PETS: small sized allowed, € 70,00 to pay locally. Olbia Airport and port at aprox km 20, Golfoaranci port at aprox km 15.

Check in from 05.00 p.m. to 07.30 p.m.; check out by 10.00 a.m. Any late arrival must be adviced at the moment of reservation, the reception opens from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 04.30 pm to 07.30 pm. Supplement for late arrival (after 07.30 p.m.) € 60,00 to be paid at the reception.

Forfait extra services to be paid at the reception:
Consumptions water, light, gas+bed/bath linen € 55,00 per person per week. At the departure, the apartment must be cleaned otherwise the reception will charge a supplement of euro 50,00. Mandatory starting at 2 years old ; children 2/6 years old 50% discount children 6/12 30% discount in all periods except for August 03-24.
