In quiet position between Porto Cervo and Baia Sardinia, it offers apartments inside 4 villas, located in a large park with panoramic sea view of the Pitrizza Bay. Beach at aprox. 800/900 mt. 3 pools with beautiful sea view, are available for the guests, for relax moments after day on the beach, at 5 Km from the complex is Porto Cervo downtown with all activitiesavailable. AMENITIES: 3 pools, kids corner in the garden; the access for the cars for environmental reasons is available only for drop in- pick up next to the apartment. Parking space is available in the entrance of the residence.
Type of apartments: all well equipped and furnished, most with A/C .
Type M/2-3 studio 2/3 beds: living room with sofa bed , kitchenette, 1 bathroom.
Type B/4 one bedroom 4 beds : (two rooms) living room with sofa bed and kitchenette, one double bedroom, 1 bathroom. Tipe T/5-6 2 bedrooms 5/6 beds: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, one double bedroom, one bedroom with 2 twin beds, one or 2 bathrooms.

Check in from 05.00 p.m. to 07.30 p.m.; check out by 10.00 a.m. Any late arrival must be adviced at the moment of reservation, the reception opens from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 04.30 pm to 07.30 pm.
Forfait extra services to be paid at the reception:
Consumptions water, light, gas+bed/bath linen € 55,00 per person per week. At the departure, the apartment must be cleaned otherwise the reception will charge a supplement of euro 50,00. Mandatory starting at 2 years old ; children 2/6 years old 50% discount children 6/12 30% discount in all periods except for August 03-24. Optional surcharges by request per apartment: Air Conditioning € 60,00 per week; 2 bedroom-apartment with 2 bathrooms € 60,00 per week, Tv set € 26,00 per week, extra bed € 120,00 per week, cot € 60,00 per week;  daily linen: extra change per person per change: bathroom set € 5,00; bedroom set € 7,00.
