It is a new complex that lies in a quiet position in the resort of Ottiolu, famous for the beautiful beach and the well equipped Marina.
From here it is possible hiring boats for fishing or visiting the Parc of Tavolara and Molara islands.
Brand new and well furnished, the apartments may be ground floor with garden or first floor with terrace with an enchanting sea view; private unguarded parking available. Nearby are available: market, boutiques, restaurants, bars. In the village (Budoni at aprox 5km) all kind of shops, markets, bank, doctors, pharmacy restaurants, pizzeria, discotheque.  Beach at aprox. 1.000 mt.
Type of apartments: new and well decorated all with TV all are:
Type B/2-5 TWO ROOMS 2-5 persons: one bedroom apartment with living-dining rooms with kitchenette area and sofa bed , double bedroom, 1 bath; extra bed available only on ground floor apartments.
 Pets: not allowed.   Olbia Airport and port at aprox km 36, Golfoaranci port at aprox km  53.

CHECK IN at 5:00 PM ( Please advise for late arrivals. Late arrivals not confirmed will be accepted the day after) CHECK OUT at 10:00 AM NB For late arrivals after hours 10.00 pm it will apply a surcharge payable on site of  € 60.  At the departure, the apartment must be cleaned otherwise the reception will charge a supplement of euro 50,00.  Bath/bed linen, optional by reservation only, € 20,00 per person per week
