At only 40/45 km from Olbia port/airport, these apartments lie just behind the beautiful white sandy beach of Budoni (distance 100/150 mt from the sea). The centre of the little town of Budoni is at aprox 1 km (markets, boutiques, restaurants, pizzerie, discotheques, pharmacy). On the beach sunbeds and umbrellas available for the guests at € 80,00 per week (2 sunbeds+1 umbrella); The apartmentsare onebedroom bilo/2-4 persons, all renewed, have, on groundfloor, a little outdoor veranda with table and chairs, living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette, Tv Lcd and air conditioning (ait conditiong with supplement to be paid at the reception € 60 per week per apartment), 1 bathroom with shower; on the first floor: double bedroom with little terrace.

In residence: reception, outdoor unguarded parking area, free barbecue area, coin-operated launderette, ironing equipment free at request; at the beach restaurant/bar (opening June/Sept).
