Residence Le Corti di Marinella is situated on the Gulf of Marinella, 4,5 km far from Porto Rotondo. The new apartments are on top of a promontory which enjoy a special beartiful view over the sea. Residence is about 200-350 mt far from the seasides, which is reachable walking on lanes through gardens and the typical mediterranean scrub. The small seaport situated 300 mt. far from the residence, offers a lot of opportunities to rent motorboats, scooters, to book sub school and also, bar and restaurant, ice-cream parlour and hairdresser.

On the Gulf of Marinella, 800 mt far from the apartments there are: markets, bar, restaurant, pizza house, tobaccos, news papers, icecream parlour and other shops, swimming pool with a famous bar. They are independent of our management.
Guests can go in for water sports 800 mt far from the apartments and there is an important departure  point of excursions by boat or by coach.
Free beaches are situated 200-350 meters far from the residence. Beach of Gulf of Marinella is extra to be paid and is situated 800 meters far from the residence.

The apartments are very comfortable: two- and three- roomed flats with balcony or terrace with sea or garden view, place for car, independent entrance, solarium terrace where available, living room with two bedplaces, double room, twin room or single room(in the three roomed flats), kitchnette, one or two baths. They have also tv sat, safe, hairdryer. Some apartments with garden view and with sea view have washing machine and dish-washer. Finally, some apartments with garden view have  air conditioning.

Any late arrival must be adviced at the moment of reservation, the reception opens from 09.00 am to 01.00 pm and from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm.

Forfait extra services to be paid at the reception compulsory also for children from 02 yrs:
Consumptions water, light, gas+bed/bath linen+ final cleaning (kitchen excluded)+ Tv  and safe box € 65,00 per person per week. At the departure, the kitchen  must be cleaned otherwise the reception will charge a supplement of euro 28,00.

Optional surcharges to be paid in advance if confirmed:

• 2 bathrooms supplement euro 60,00 per week per apartment
• sea view supplement euro 60,00 per week per apartment
