• Hotel Sant'Elmo Beach - CASTIADAS

POSITION: Cagliari port and airport at aprox km 68, Olbia port and airport at aprox  km 275, Golfoaranci port at aprox km 295; Costa Rei at aprox. 4 km, Villasimius at aprox 14 km, Muravera at aprox 27 km. BEACH:  is located close to a wonderful cliff with several sandy coves; at aprox 400 mt the sandy beach equipped with beach umbrellas, sun beds and beach towels,  accessible from the hotel with a few minutes walk via a footpath or via the shuttle service.
The hotel is composed of a central main building and smaller terraced buildings.  In the main building, along with the reception is a TV room, the boutique and the swimming pool with terrace/solarium. The four restaurants offer a guaranteed rich selection of gastronomic specialities. A play-park for children with a gazebo and the entertainment area are situated near the main building. The sports area consists of two tennis courts, a five-a-side football pitch, a synthetic grass multipurpose court for basket and volleyball (all equipped with floodlights) and a small gymnasium room. Hire of bicycles and scooters can be arranged on request. There is also a meeting room and a small beauty centre, the Comfort Zone, available from June to September (fees payable locally), for those clients willing to mix work with relaxation by the enchanting Sardinian sea. There is also a private unattended car park. Shops and other services are available at nearby Costa Rei and Villasimius.
The 175 rooms are all equipped with sat TV, air conditioning, direct-dial telephone, mini bar, safe, bathrooms with shower and hair dryer. Types:
- Cottage Classic (2/3 people): double rooms with an extra bed if requested, in the terraced buildings, all with
a private and fully furnished patio facing the gardens;
- Family Room (2 adults+1 or 2 children): double room with a mezzanine floor for up to two extra beds, ideal for children up to 11 years, housed in a complex adjacent the central building, all with a private and fully furnished patio facing the gardens;
- Connecting Cottage (4 people): two connecting Cottage Classic double rooms located in the terraced buildings;
- Connecting double with a Family room (4 adults + 1 or 2 children): double room connected to a Family room, located in a complex adjacent the central building, all with a private and fully furnished patio facing the gardens;
- Junior Suite (2/4 people): double rooms with a separate living room with additional sofa bed (2 people),
bathroom with hydro-massage; suites are all situated on the 1st floor of the main building, above the “Piazzetta“ and share a terrace. The Deluxe Service supplement is included in the Junior Suites rates. ( See rates).

Half board basis with breakfast and dinner with buffet style at Sant’Elmo Restaurant (drinks not included), where a special children’s menu is also available. The Gourmet Card, included in the Deluxe Service upon on-site reservation grants access for dinner to all hotel’s restaurants. This includes the typical Sardinian “Gli Oleandri” open air Restaurant (water and local wine included) that provides a Sardinian menu of meat grilled or on the spit, La Rotonda (waiter service, drinks not included) offering a Mediterranean menu and the exclusive Il Belvedere Restaurant offering magnificent sea view from the raised terrace (waiter service, drinks not included) with its special an "à la carte" menu. Full board basis (at a supplement, drinks not included, minimum 7-night stay) with buffet lunch available at the “La Rotonda” Restaurant . The Pool Bar and the Beach Bar are always available for serving snacks or light lunches (at an extra charge). Please Note : The availability of certain facilities is weather dependent.
COMPLIMENTARY RECREATIONAL AND SPORTING ACTIVITIES (JUNE 05th UNTIL SEPTEMBER 12th)
Piano bar, evening entertainment with games and Italian cabaret. Group classes in canoeing, windsurfing, tennis, swimming, aqua-gym, and aerobics. Tournaments of five-a-side football, bowls, volley and basket ball, table tennis. For children and teenagers: Mini Club (from 4 to 7 years), Dolphin Club (from 8 to 11 years), and Young Club (from 12 to 17 years), with various tailor made programmes of entertainments and sporting activities designed according to their age.

RECREATIONAL AND BEACH SPORTING ACTIVITIES (AT AN EXTRA CHARGE)
At the beach: boats, rubber dinghies, sailing boats, windsurfing, canoes and pedaloes, water-ski, mono-ski, banana boat, diving and boat trips all payable directly to the on-site operators. Boat rental and excursions available. There is also an 18 hole mini-golf course at 100 mt  (pre-bookable) and a riding school 2 km away. Pets: not allowed
