The hotel is situated right by the sea, on the panoramic road from Olbia to the Golfo Aranci, and looks out over one of the most enchanting beaches of the North East coast of Sardinia. Just 12 km from Olbia Airport, it is easy to reach from all main Italian and capital European cities. Pittulongu is also the ideal starting point to discover the beauties of the world known Costa Smeralda (about 30 km distant from Porto Cervo).
Distance from Olbia: 8 km.
Distance from Golfo Aranci: 10 km.
Distance from Porto Rotondo: 15 km.

BEACH: The hotel has direct access to a long stretch of sandy beach. Part of it belongs to the property and it is equipped with free sun-beds and umbrellas, as well as the adjacent lawn. Beach towels are also complimentary.

THE HOTEL AND ITS FACILITIES: The hotel offers a cosy atmosphere and attentive service which creates the perfect ingredients for a relaxing stay. The original building, located just in front of the beach, boasts a nice lobby with bar and a restaurant with local and international cuisine. The large terrace on the beach, with its marvellous view out to the sea, it is a pleasant setting for appetising drinks or tasting famous Sardinian wines. The new building, featuring contemporary design and architecture, is situated just few meters behind the original building, across the street and has a nice circular swimming-pool (not suitable for children) with a pleasant sun terrace, a wide lobby with bar, lift, a conference room (up to 100 seats) and an indoor garage (on request at an extra charge). Services: reception open 24 hour a day in the new building, porter service, certain evenings piano bar entertainment. There is an extra charge for mountain bike, scooters and car hire. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, newsagent and tobacconist's are 500 m away. Shops, restaurants and various services are available in Olbia and Golfo Aranci.

ACCOMMODATION: The 70 rooms are situated either in the original building – on the ground or first floor with entrance on common terraces, or in the new building – on the first or second floor with a small private balcony. They are well equipped with many amenities including satellite TV, air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini-bar, safe, bathroom with shower (all 4-bedded rooms in the new building have bathtub) and hair-dryer. There are two types of rooms:

1. Classic (2/4 beds): double room with additional 3rd/4th bed (bunk bed in the original building and divan bed in the new part) if required.
2. Superior (2/4 beds): double room with additional 3rd/4th bed (bunk bed in the original building and divan bed in the new body) if required, side sea view.
   
   RESTAURANT:The excellent restaurant offers both local and international specialities. Half board basis includes buffet style breakfast and waiter service dinner. Lunch is on request and at an extra charge: guests may choose between a light lunch at the restaurant or a snack at the bar. Guests booked on half board enjoy a Gourmet Menu which consists of four courses each with two, three or even four different ‘taster’ dishes.

SPORTING ACTIVITIES: Sporting activities available nearby include wind-surfing and canoeing (2 km), tennis (800 m), diving and horse-riding (12 km), golf at the Pevero Club (30 km).

EXCURSIONS: At the hotel reception it is possible to book excursions to the world famous Costa Smeralda,
to the Maddalena Archipelago, to Cala Gonone and to Cala Luna.
