POSITION: Cagliari port and airport at aprox km 56, Olbia port and airport at aprox  km 270, Golfoaranci port at aprox km 290; Villasimius at aprox 5 km. BEACH: At 100 mt from asmall sandy bay edged by smooth granite rocks. The hotel provides free sun-beds and umbrellas at the beach. Beach towels are also complimentary.
Wide lobby, elegant restaurant, bar with a charming terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding garden,  small beauty centre Comfort Zone available from June to September (at an extra cost);  lift, unattended car park, certain evenings piano bar entertainment. There is an extra charge for mountain bikes, scooters and cars hire and for taxi service to Villasimius, where shops, restaurants and various services are available.  48 rooms situated on either the ground (patio) or first floor (balcony), are all tastefully furnished and have private facilities with bath or shower, hair-dryer and are equipped with sat TV, air-conditioning, direct dial telephone, mini-bar and safe. There are two types of rooms: Classic (2/3 beds): double room with additional 3rd bed if required and Superior (2/3 beds): double room with additional 3rdh bed if required, sea side.  The hotel restaurant offers both local and international cuisine with half board basis that includes buffet style breakfast and waiter service dinner. Lunch is on request and at an extra charge: guests may enjoy a light lunch or a snack at the bar. SPORTING ACTIVITIES: There are plenty of sporting activities available nearby, in Porto Giunco (1 km), including water sports (windsurfing, waterskiing, canoeing, sailing) and boat rental. Only 3 km away: tennis, diving and horse-riding. Pets: not allowed.
