FACILITIES:  the Village consists of 41 semi-detached and detached villas, in a garden of about 30.000 m2, finely furnished with furniture and materials of Sardinian handicraft, with private independent entrance, an ample covered veranda equipped with table and chairs.  Connected by pedestrian walkways which, together, include 2 amply equipped swimming pools where you can unwind and animation. Some villas with sea view, enjoying an incomparable panorama. The Village distance from the sea is about 200 metres as the crow flies and about 500 metres along the carriageway.
Compositions of the Apartments : Type "A" = "Studio": Living room/bed (furnished with 2/3 beds) with private bathroom and an equipped covered Veranda; Type "B" = "Two roomed": Living room/bed(furnished with 2/3 beds) with private bathroom and bedroom with 2 or 3 beds, or double bed and an equipped covered Veranda: Type "C" = "Triple roomed": on 2 floors, ground floor with living room/bed (furnished with 2/3 beds) and a double bedroom.  First floor, bedroom for 3 beds, private bathroom.  All apartments, indistinctly, are equipped with air conditioning/central heating, kitchenette with gas, fridge, colour TV and direct telephone.
